Claudia Travis’s love of jewelry began as a little girl through her mother and grew during 25 years working in jewelry stores. She eventually began creating her own beaded necklaces, experimenting with different designs, colors, and metals. Inspired by vintage costume jewelry inherited from her mother and grandmother that she couldn’t bear to part with, Claudia developed Jewelry Dimensions. By incorporating meaningful jewelry into framed artwork, she creates pieces that preserve a sense of spirit, love, and family heritage. Today, Claudia creates commissioned heirloom pieces as well as original works that are creative, interesting, topical, beautiful, and challenging.
