Thank you for supporting Artem and our community of artists.
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases, including artwork, jewelry, workshop registrations, or handmade items. Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds.
If you have any concerns about a purchase, please contact us within 3 days of your purchase or delivery. We are happy to address any issues related to damage or errors.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ARTEM WORKSHOPS
We understand that plans can change. Please review our policy below regarding workshop and event cancellations.
1. Cancellations by Participants
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance of the event will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future workshop.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable, but you may transfer your registration to a friend (please notify us ahead of time).
- No-shows will not be refunded or credited.
2. Cancellations by Artem
If we need to cancel or reschedule an event due to low enrollment, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Special Note on Alcohol
Please note: No alcoholic beverages will be served or permitted at any Artem workshop in accordance with our venue policy.
