Iliana Cardona is a Puerto Rican mixed-media artist from Chicago who creates and teaches art as a form of self-care. A strong believer in the restorative power of creativity, Iliana approaches art as a way to lower stress, ease anxiety, boost one’s mood, and create moments of respite in everyday life. Through her work, she hopes to bring joy to others and inspire people to make space in their own lives for creativity, rest, and self-care.
