Sarita Kamat is a multidisciplinary artist whose work is deeply inspired by nature, animals, and the people around her. Working across a variety of mediums, her practice includes alcohol inks, acrylics, and watercolors, as well as hand-painted glass and gemstone jewelry.

Originally from India, Sarita previously owned a boutique where she designed clothing, an early expression of the creativity that would continue throughout her career. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Postgraduate degree in Business Management, and later pursued her passion for art after moving to the United States.

Her exploration of glass painting led to creating hand-painted glassware and jewelry, while her broader artistic practice has continued to expand into mosaics and other creative forms.

Sarita's jewelry designs are minimalist, elegant, and timeless, created to transition easily between casual and formal wear. Across both her artwork and jewelry, she strives to create pieces that resonate personally and can become meaningful parts of the lives and homes of the people who collect them.
